Technical Support & Training

Hafilat have established a technical support team working in conjunction with our Engineering and Production Teams, which provide a high level of information regarding all aspects of the vehicle build status to sales.

Hafilat can also provide training for service operators at our Musaffah factory at no cost to the customer (travel, accommodation is the responsibility of the operator).

Hafilat provide a comprehensive Operators Manual to end-users, which covers all aspects of operation, maintenance and repair of Hafilat built buses. This manual also provides spare parts details and key supplier contact details.
