Hafilat is totally committed to the world's highest standards in bus and coach manufacturing. The company invests heavily in the quality of its staff, staff training, in manufacturing facilities and through its partner Volgren, in research & design.

Our strategy is based on reducing factory lead time, meeting on-time delivery and maintaining the highest quality. This flexible approach to customer solutions has been built into Hafilat and is supported by Volgrens' Melbourne plant producing kits for assembly and with the sharing of ideas from our sister plants in Brisbane, Johore Bahru, Singapore and Perth.

Hafilat believe in the Total Cost Of Ownership model and consequently will provide buses, training, repairs and spares support over the lifetime of the bus.
