Hafilat Industries LLC factory in ICAD, Musaffah - Abu Dhabi

Hafilat Industries LLC is constructing a 10,000 m2 purpose built bus building factory in ICAD, Musaffah - Abu Dhabi. The factory has been designed to enable world class flow manufacturing principles to be applied. It will include state of the art tools and machines enabling the manufacture of high quality Volgren bus bodies.

Hafilats' factory is set up to enable manufacture on any of the major chassis brands, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes Benz, Scania or Volvo.

The factory will include a full down draft 24 m long paint booth.

The best staff from the world has been selected, including Australian Production Supervisors and Philippino production workers that have passed a stringent 3 month training program at Volgren's Dandenong - Melbourne factory. Having built a bus that will be used in the Australian market.
